… I have not had many words for you all lately.  I think that blog party just threw me for a loop!

So here is another Wordless Wednesday since I don’t have many words.

(Don’t worry I hope to get back on track soon.)

And yes, this is my daughter! :o)

Not sure if you all remember but I won a Scrapbooking prize from the Ultimate Blog Party… I just wanted to share with you all that it came!  :o)  There was some good stuff in there too! A K & Company take-out box,  LOTS of Making Memories yummies (which I TOTALLY love), some Disney embellishments and much more… take a look!  (Thank you Amy!)

This same friend also hosts a great Meme! …I am sharing my song for it below.  Stand by Me by Ben E. King.

My Darling - my Lord Jesus Christ - my Bridegroom - will ALWAYS stand by me, He said He will never leave me nor forsake me!  I love you Lord, thank You!  Even through a hard time I am going through now, thank You!  I know you are with me, please help me walk in Your strength!

A confession from this mommy blogger!  Today I will be keepin’ it real.  I had the fullest intentions of posting a product review that will now have to wait since I was just visiting a couple of my favorite blogs and ran into Tasra’s!!!!

As you may or may not know I was a dancer throughout most of my Jr. High and High School years and can easily swoon (as Joshie says) over dance videos!…

… WELL!! Tasra had a YouTube video up for So You Think You Can Dance (which I’ve never seen because I don’t have cable) but I ended up sitting here watching video after video on YouTube laughing out loud and reminiscing over a wonderful past-time!  Here is one of my favorites…

YES ladies!  Even I lack planning, focus, balance, and boundaries… I exaggerate all too often and I make MISTAKES ALL THE TIME!

WAIT!  Don’t these sound like things we could have problems with in our Scrapbooking as well!!!  Yep… and they are also the very things my friend Tasra shares about in her book Real Woman Scrap.  It’s amazing how she shows us different things we can lack in life, then she shows us the parallel in Scrapbooking!  She has a fantastic gift for encouragement and shares practical ways to get us out of our real life crappy (excuse my language) and Scrappy predicaments.

Doesn’t her book sound GREAT ladies… it is!  Leave a comment here to win one and have a GREAT day!

This is totally how I have been feeling lately, I am just thankful God is faithful to use my times alone in my car to minister to my heart through songs on the radio.  Thank you Barlow Girl for being faithful to write it.  He told me He wanted me 5 weeks ago at the ladies retreat I went to, and I still keep my heart from Him.  I don’t want to do it anymore on my own Lord, I want you too.

This song made me cry the other day in the car.  I’ve heard it before, and it was always touching, but with my son choking and running in the street recently it hit a little more close to home.  You see I have been feeling either like God is getting me ready for something big like losing a loved one, or I am getting attacked and Satan is trying to distract me and make me live in fear.  I want to thank Tanya for sharing her son Brent’s story, it was one of the many that have come past my view lately along with this one, very moving also!  God bless you Tonya, to see that you are doing well with the Lord after losing a child is a great encouragement to me!  My mom lost my twin sister when she was just 7 months old, (she ended up in a mental hospital when I was 2) they said my twin would have been physically and mentally handicapped if she lived, I praise God that she is there with Jesus now instead of suffering through life on this earth.  Here’s my song by Mark Schultz.  Oh, and the lyrics are here if you would like.
