I guess this is my scrappy way of “going green” for Mother’s Day :o)  It’s a gift for my mommy with pictures of my little ones in it.

Now share a way in the comments here that you have re-used an item to scrapbook with…

… this will enter you into TODAY’S DAILY PRIZE… which will adequately be Season 1 of the Gilmore Girls on DVD… one of my favorite Mother - Daughter shows!  :o)

You could even win a bonus prize for sharing photos on your blog of how you re-used the items you talked about, be sure to give the link to your post.

One of my favorite non-scrapbooking items is the rolodex…..
I purchase a rolodex file and scrapbook small pictures of friends & family with their information on it such as address, birthday, anniversary, etc and organize it by month so I know which cards I need to send each month.
It’s cute AND I never forget to send out a card!

I posted my intro today, and I included two layouts in which I have re-used items. I had great brochures from our Colorado trip, so I used parts of them in my vacation scrapbook, and I had lovely wedding cards (from my second marriage three years ago) that I used parts of in my wedding album. I am so looking forward to your tutorials and contests, too! Thanks! Diana aka Forgetfulone

This is the link to my post with the layouts where you can see the re-used brochures and greeting cards. Sorry I forgot to include it in the previous comment.

This is a great idea! I have re-used Christmas card parts in my scrapbooks and to make my own cards. I get so many and it’s fun to re-use Christmas stuff!
