…My Walk Monday…

I am starting this in hope to have a home for accountability and encouragement in my walk with Christ Jesus.

Each week I would like you to share a post on a bit of your walk with the Savior. It could be anything like what you learned that morning in devotions, what you are struggling with, a new worship song you learned, a prayer request, a new Bible study you started, a praise report, you get the idea… anything that is a cause for growth in your relationship with the Lord.

I will also have bonus questions posted from week to week with hope that you will answer and we will all get to know each other better. After you write your post and answer the bonus question sign-in to the Mr. Linky for the week you are participating.

I love this idea because I find blogging links me in a quiet way to other believers striving to become more like Christ and we can encourage one another.

My lesson today, when your heart desires to be a servant to those who may be in need but you fear the cruel outside world, God will bring you opportunities but you must be available.

Last night our little family put on our Easter Tree (see my blog) an ornament to remember Jesus story of the Good Samaritan. My husband got some information through a nation wide biblical worldview group he is in that a new resident to our area, a single, young mom, needs some tangible help just getting settled. I’m getting to step in to help after talking with the mutual friend in Tennessee. So, I’m making time tomorrow to meet her and help her find a job interview, cash an out of state check, and get to a DMV for registering her car!
