Happy Belated Mother’s Day to all you Mommy’s out there.
I am running late on everything lately… I have been going through a bit of spiritual warfare with anxiety, anger and depression, it’s totally not been fun. I figured the culprits are not getting out of my house enough and not enough exercise which means too much energy… so I have been riding my bike on it’s trainer and I have been going for walks just to get out… I only hope I can keep up the motivation.
